There are many ways to add flavor to plain water. Pomegranate juice is tasty. Coffee syrups come in at least a dozen delicious flavors. Just a teaspoon of say, peach, cherry, or vanilla topped off with ice makes for a delicious beverage.

All of this additional fiber also serves to give you that full feeling, requires that your body burn calories to digest it, and acts like a broom to your entire digestive tract. Plus, think of all those great antioxidants, preventing free radical damage and giving your skin a healthier look.
