You can also follow some of the online programs that they offer. With those, you can use their weight loss forums to get what you need in the way of support and answers to any of your questions. Either way, Weight Watchers diet programs seem to be some of the most successful, and should be a strong consideration for someone who has tried, and failed, to handle dieting on their own. Dieting is hard, and finding help and support is often the key to succeeding.
